CAD LIBRARY

  • 2D CAD files are in AutoCAD 2000 DWG format
  • 3D CAD files are in standard 3D DXF or IGES format.
  • 2D CAD files contain information for bolt hole locations, threaded hole locations, and threaded hole sizes. They also contain information pertaining to different available sizes and strokes.
  • 3D CAD files also contain all hole locations but are not specifically labeled like the 2D files. 3D files should be used for determining part envelope and clearance issues when assembling the part into a larger machine.
